· Due to the extended time from production, storage, and overseas shipping, the battery might not be fully charged when it arrives.

Charging Precautions
· If the light stays solid blue after charging but the device doesn’t work, try switching to a lower-power charger.
· High-power adapters can trigger protection mode.
· Please use a standard (5V/1A) adapter or a portable power bank for safe charging.
If Your Device Is Not Working, Check the Following:
· Battery protection triggered: High-power charging heads can cause charging failure. Try using a different charger.
· Sensor malfunction: If the infrared sensor is damaged, the dispenser won’t respond.
Protect the Charging Port
· After charging, secure the silicone plug tightly in the charging port.
· This prevents water from entering the device and damaging the circuit board.
