How do I turn the dispenser on or off, and how do I activate it for the first use?
Press and hold the button for 2 seconds. The light flashes blue when the dispenser is on and orange when it is off. For first-time use, place your hand under the sensor several times until soap is dispensed.
How do I adjust the amount of soap dispensed?
Quickly press the button once to cycle through the five dispensing settings. The light flashes to indicate the current setting. For example, three flashes indicate Setting 3.
Can I use foaming soap with this dispenser?
No. It cannot be foamed and is not suitable for foaming soap solution; it is only applicable to liquid soap. If it is too thick, it can be diluted with water.
Does it come with a charging cable and power adapter?
The package includes a USB-C charging cable, but a power adapter is not included. Please use a standard 5V/1A USB power adapter. Do not use a fast-charging adapter, as it may not be compatible with this device.
How long does the battery last after a full charge?
With normal home use, one charge lasts about 3 months (varies with usage). Pro tip: For optimal performance, be sure to do a full initial charge.
