The 304 stainless steel body is rust-resistant, but not completely rust-proof. Please wipe off water spots or soap residue regularly and avoid harsh cleaners to help maintain the finish.
Will the touch button work if my hands are wet?
Touch sensitivity may be reduced if there is water, soap, or oil on your fingers or the control panel. For best results, wipe the panel lightly and use a clean, dry finger.
Is this soap dispenser waterproof
IPX5 water-resistant design helps resist daily splashes. Do not submerge or rinse the unit directly. Keep the charging port dry before charging.
What kind of soap can I use with this dispenser?
Works with most liquid hand soaps, dish soaps, and properly diluted thicker soaps. If the soap is too thick, add a small amount of water and mix well for smoother dispensing.
Why does it not dispense soap the first time I use it?
Air may remain in the tube during first use. Fill the tank and activate the sensor several times until soap dispenses smoothly.
