Upgraded Sandblaster Gun: The traditional brass ball valve sandblasting gun is enhanced with a die-cast aluminum alloy sandblaster gun. It is lighter, more robust, and simpler to control. It also features quick opening and closing to conserve media and minimize confusion. Flows Smoothly & Resists Clogging: The sandblaster includes a water oil separator with a pressure gauge that efficiently removes moisture from compressed air, preventing wet media from clogging the valve. An abrasive capacity of 2.8 gallons is suggested, ideal for 60-100 grit abrasives such as silica sand, aloxite, and glass beads. (PLEASE NOTE: The abrasive used must be dry, or it will cause clogging. Not suitable for use on wood!). Durable Ceramic Nozzle: The sandblaster kit contains 4 ceramic nozzles: 3/32", 7/64", 1/8", and 9/64" (Pre-Installed). They provide excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance compared to metal nozzles. No more concerns about abrasive impact, wear, static buildup, or sparking.
