Insulated Industrial High Leverage Diagonal Cutters 8" AWG #4 Semi-circular. Low wear lap joint, riveted and able to withstand high levels of load. Lightweight action, clean cutting. Long term cutting is achieved through additional inductive hardening to approx. 64 HRC C 60 Special tool steel hardened and tempered to high quality. Industrial brushed finish For soft, medium hard, and piano wire, lay-on joint, optimized power transmission. New Dynamic Joint Provides 40% Easier Cuts and Significantly Longer Tool Life Insulation according to VDE 0682/part 201, EN/IEC 60900, ASTM F-1505-01, NFPA70E & CSA. Up to 1,000 Volt. Individually Tested
