This large HX-50BI battery cable ring terminal crimper securely connects cables, electrical devices, and other power mechanisms in heavy-duty scenarios. It crimps 8, 6, 4, 2, 1, and 1/0 gauge battery lugs. EDM cutting dies are more dimensionally accurate than stamped dies, reducing incorrect crimps. The rotating die is compact for quick adjustments. When size-coded crimping is done correctly, the connector will have the die code number embossed for quick verification. Hexagonal crimping creates a robust mechanical connection, producing a wide area of high-pressure contact between cable and connector.

This results in low resistance and high pull-out strength. Suitable for use in commercial vehicles including emergency vehicles, generator sets (Gensets), recreational vehicles, trucks, cranes, and lifting equipment.
