Application: This nitrogen regulator is a standard pressure control valve that reduces the input pressure from a liquid or gas stored in a pressurized tank. It is excellent for HVAC purging, inertization, pressure tests, leakage tests, brazing, and soldering.
Accurate Pressure Gauge: This regulator contains two easy-to-read 2-inch pressure gauges, which are covered with a scratch-resistant plastic protective film and a rubber cover. The cylinder gauge reads 0 4000 PSI, with a maximum input pressure of 3000 PSI. The output gauge reads 0 600 PSI, with a maximum output pressure of 500 PSI. The safety output pressure is 600 PSI.
Connections: It features a CGA-580 inlet connector, which fits all nitrogen, argon, helium, and inert gas tanks. The outlet is a 1/4" SAE male flare connection with 7/16-20 threads for straightforward installation.
Structure: This 0 600 PSI regulator with a CGA580 inlet is made from solid brass. It incorporates a robust brass piston-designed diaphragm, a self re-seating relief valve (not designed to protect the downstream system), and a large brass tee handle with a stainless steel pressure adjusting screw and a regulator bushing that prevents galling
