The long lock is easy to join and the size allows for a wide range. That said, if you choose the lower latch on the lock, you will need to be careful. Once the end of the buckle sticks out farther out of the keyhole than the size of the key itself, turning the key can be a bit challenging. Not for any mechanical reason, simply because it becomes more difficult to maintain the grip of the key through the turning radius.

- 1. Initial password: 0000 (Press down in the direction pointed by the arrow, Figure 1, Pop off or pull open the lock beam, Figure 2
- 2. Insert the code adjustment rod into the code adjustment hole (Note: insert it firmly to the end)
- 3. Press and hold the code adjustment lever to rotate 180 degrees, turn the password wheel to set a new password
- 4. After turning the code adjustment rod 180 degrees, pull it out, and press the lock beam to lock it by dialing the code
