The CLE-LINE C21163 is a reduced shank drill bit set consisting of 29 pieces with fractional inch sizes ranging from 1/16 inch to 1/2 inch. Made from high speed steel (HSS), these drill bits include a split point design for right-hand cutting operation. Included in a metal drill index, the bits have a mechanics-length drill class and a black oxide finish. The reduced shank with three flats sized at 3/8 inch diameter allows use in chucks sized for that shank diameter.
