For example, 30±3? normally closed KSD301 thermostat , under normal circumstances 30±3? circuit is disconnected, 20±3? circuit is connected. When the ambient temperature is higher than 40 degrees Celsius, the circuit of the thermostat is disconnected and needs to be cooled and reset before use.

Tips:
KSD301 and KI 31 are the same 1/2 inch thermostat, but the way of naming is different, the same type has a well-known manufacturer's model KSD302/KSD303/KSD201/1NT/TK 24/36T /US-118 /T11 and other names. Performance is consistent and all are interchangeable.
Before purchase:
Please pay attention to the shape of the contact terminal, make sure it matches the original shape, and determine whether your machine requires a normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) switch.
Normal Close(NC) : OFF temperature higher than ON temperature . Open(OFF) on rise.
Normal Open(NO): ON temperature higher than OFF temperature. Close(ON) on rise.
This is a Normally Closed type – it stays ON until temperature is reached. Most coffee makers, rice cookers, and kettles use NC. If your appliance requires Normally Open, do NOT buy this.

Installation Precautions:
1.Before installing the thermostat thermal control switch, unplug the household appliances,turn off the power completely.
2.Take a picture first before removing any parts, so you know how to restore everything at the end.
3.The temperature switch thermal switch is a series circuit, not parallel, installation must refer to the original product circuit design.
4.Do not collapse, loosen or deform the top of cover surface during installation to avoid affecting performance.
5. Lock the screw hole, should be fixed at the same time, then lock, avoid the bracket to the other side of the tilt, resulting in snap disc thermal switch aluminum cover deformation, temperature control parameters change.
6. The connecting wire terminal shall be insulated and closed.
7.Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the interior of the thermostat or crack the housing.
