The Beckett 160 GPH 8.4 Watt Submersible Fountain Pump is designed for most indoor and outdoor fountains as well as for fish tanks, hydroponics, aquaponics, ponds, statuary, and aquariums. At 8.4 watts, this energy-saving pump has a maximum flow of 160 gallons per hour, with a maximum pumping height of 4.1 ft. This pump is ideal for 1 ft. to 3 ft. fountains and includes adjustable flow control. Featuring wet rotor technology, this pump is designed for continuous use. It efficiently pumps 130 GPH at a height of 1 ft and conveniently connects to 1/4 in. or 1/2 in., ID tubing. This pump is equipped with a 6 ft. cord. Low maintenance, clean your pump for optimal performance. Unplug the pump before handling and remove the intake screen and impeller by disconnecting them from the pump. Remove any residue using a stream of water, small brush or cloth, then rinse clean. Easy to operate, submerge the pump entirely underwater, and plug the cord into the nearest GFCI outlet. Always disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet before handling and repositioning your pump. To preserve the life of your pump, it should be completely submerged under water at all times when in use, and not run dry.
