Why does the trash can automatically open its lid when no one is sensing it?
First check if there is any obstruction above the trash can. If there is any obstruction, the trash can will automatically open its lid. If there is no obstruction, take out the garbage bag, reinstall the garbage bag, and close the lid.
Why does the trash can not open automatically when the lid is closed for the first time?
After installing the garbage bag and closing the lid for the first time, please wait for the adsorption work to be completed before trying to sense.
