Integrated Internal & External Pipe Threading Tool – Professional PVC Pipe Threader Kit for Seamless Threading and Perfect Fit

Important Notes Before Purchase and Use!!!
1.Confirm Pipe Size:
Please carefully measure and confirm your pipe size based on the images and specifications in the product
2.Please note: If you want to connect a male and female thread, you need two pipes of different specifications!!!
The fundamental rule is that the pipe with the male (external) thread must be one standard size smaller than the pipe with the female (internal) thread. For instance, if you use a 1/2-inch product, you will need a 1/2-inch pipe with an external thread and a 3/4-inch pipe with an internal thread. Then, the two pipes can be joined together
3.Secure the Pipe to Prevent Wobbling:
You MUST secure the pipe firmly in a vise when using a drill or impact wrench. During threading, larger sizes (especially 1") generate significant resistance and can cause the tool to wobble. This wobbling will misalign the die, resulting in cross-threading or incorrect thread sizing.
4.Use a High-Power Tool:
A high-wattage drill or impact wrench is required for this tool. While lower-power tools might handle the 1/2" and 3/4" sizes, they will likely stall or fail to operate the 1" die effectively.
5.Material Hardness Affects Results:
Hard plastic produces cleaner, better-defined threads. Softer plastics are more likely to generate burrs and plastic debris, which can prevent the threaded section from properly engaging. For best results, use a high-power drill at a steady speed to ensure clean, sharp threads.
