FORMULATION: Unisol 601 Metalworking Fluid is a heavy-duty, multi-purpose, water-soluble coolant formulated with EP and lubricity additives to enhance machinability properties. General mixing with water is at a 10 to 1 ratio, but can be increased to 20 to 1 if the concentration is too thick. USES: Unisol 601 is an excellent addition to machinist tools. It can be employed as a cutting oil for drilling metal, with its higher levels of wetting agents to settle swarf or fines more quickly in demanding applications.
