The reason is that using USB power directly may sometimes not provide enough power. Using a 5V/3A adapter will solve the flickering issue.
- Size too large problem:
Clamp: 3.3 inch, main arm: 13-23 inch, light: 11 inch. Starting from the desktop, the product height will be approximately 24-34 inch, and the horizontal arm is approximately 13-22 inch. Please confirm before purchasing whether this size meets your actual needs.
- Main arm clamp not stable problem:
Please confirm whether the clamp has a pressure pad. We have tested extensively and verified that as long as the desktop is smooth, it can be clamped securely. If the desktop is uneven, you can use some cardboard as padding and then clamp it tightly.
