Dear. The center light and rgb light can be on at the same time. New edition: the function of the "OFF" button has been changed to 30 seconds delay off.
Does it work with a dimmer switch?
No.
It is not compatible with the dimmable switch/ dimmer.
Can we NOT use 5G WiFi?
Dear, please use the 2.4G WiFi.
If your house has a 5g wifi connection, Alexa will sometimes not recognize the device as connected and you will not be able to control it thru Echo or alexa app.
What should we do if we have a problem?
