How to set up the lock?
Download the "Tuya Smart" app and enable Bluetooth. To pair: press any key to wake the lock, then finish setup in the app. For best accuracy, scan each fingerprint from multiple angles (max 10 prints total). The whole process takes ~3 minutes.
Can it store more than one fingerprint?
Yes, NexusLab fingerprint padlock can store up to 20 unique fingerprints.
Why does the battery show as empty after just a few uses?
The unlock process drains the 2032 battery quickly due to high power use. This triggers a low battery warning, but the battery isn't dead. After resting, the voltage recovers and the display returns to normal.
Are there any additional fees, such as platform software subscription fees?
There are no additional fees of any kind, and no monthly software subscription fees are required.
Can we see users' usage data?
No. All user usage data is encrypted in real time. Our system has no permission for us to view it, and data access requires multiple audits. Our staff cannot access or view any user usage data at all times.
