Installation & Connection of Fingerprint Door Konb
- Install the Thumbprint Door Knob
Step 1: Install the connecting rods and spindle to the exterior handle, and ensure the wire on the exterior handle pass through inside of spindle
Step 2: Remove the cover of the interior handle, then install 4 brand new AAA batteries(Not included in package, please prepare separately) into the interior handle in accordance with the positive and negative terminals
Step 3: Mount the latch onto the door and fasten it with the latch/strike screws. When installing, adjust the orientation of the latch based on the door's opening and closing direction to prevent incorrect installation
Step 4: Insert the connecting rods and spindle on exterior handle into the holes of latch. When inserting, ensure the exterior handle and the latch are on the same horizontal plane and make sure direction of exterior handle is correct
Step 5: Use the mounting screws to assemble and fasten the interior handle with the connecting rods, (Ensure spindle and wire pass through the hole of interior handle) then connect the wire to circuit board port on the cover of interior handle and fasten it with cover screw
- Connect the Fingerprint Door Lock to Your Phone
Step 1: Download the application named TuyaSmart on your phone and sign up your account
Step 2: Use a pin like objection to press Reset Hole on interior handle, until all letters on exterior handle keypad light up then release
Step 3: Open TuyaSmart and click Add Device(Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on) then it will start to search for the door lock. Click on searched door lock to pair then finished
