Why was there oil in the tank when I received the fog machine? Has it been used?
Before each fog machine leaves our factory, we perform a machine test to ensure that it can be used correctly and safely. Therefore, it is normal to receive it with oil left in the tank.
How long does it typically take to heat up before use?
When using the fog machine for the first time, please fill the tank more than 1/2 full with oil and leave the fog machine to stand for 5 minutes or more. After that, you can turn it on and use it at any time.
How long does its effects last?
At full power the fog can be continuously output for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes there will be an overheating protection to force a shutdown.
Any other precautions for use?
NOTE: 1. If the oil is less than 1/3, please stop using the machine and fill the tank with oil. 2. If the machine doesn't work, leave it for more than 15 seconds and switch it on again.
