12V/24V Car Parking Heater Controller, Climate Control Panel Knob Switch for Car Truck Diesel Heater

Knob > Rotate clockwise, set the temperature up, the number of red lights on. the knob periphery increases.

Rotate counterclockwise, set the temperature down, the number of red lights on the knob periphery decreases.

Manual fuel filling: In the shutdown state, turn the knob clockwise until all the peripheral red lights are on. Press the shutdown button for more than 3 seconds to start the manual pump oil. When all the air in the oil pipeline is discharged, press the shutdown key lightly and stop pumping oil.

Some machine stoppage, status display and method:

1. Undervoltage / Overvoltage of power supply---The first / second indicator flashes---Increase / Reduce supply voltage

2. Ignition plug / Oil Pump failure---The third / fourth indicator flashes---Check whether the ignition plug / oil pump is open or short circuit

3. Machine overheating---The five indicator flashes---Check whether the temperature sensor on the housing, or the fan speed is abnormal

4. Motor fault---The sixth indicator flashes---Check magnet polarity, Hall sensor position, or connection loosening

5. Broken line fault---The seventh indicator flashes---Check th panel connection plug, blue harness connection loose or broken

6. Flame extinguishing---The eighth indicator flashes---Check whether there is air or blockage in the oil circuit, check whether the temperature sensor on the housing is faulty, or the terminal of the connector is loose

7. Sensor failure---The ninth indicator flashes--Check whether the sensor plug is loose or disconnected or short circuited
