Valve Entrance & Exit with 3/8" Male Flare Thread Working Pressure: 1/2"PSI (65Mbar Max) Operation Instructions

1). Fix the valve on a plate or board of your grill or fire pit by the head screw and flange.

2). Connect your inlet and outlet hose on inlet and outlet side. (faston it tightly enough in case of gas leakage)

3). Faston the thermocouple nut M8 on the valve end tightly (Check if your valve end thread if 8mm before you buy)

4). Connect thermocouple and end thread well

5). Open gas by correct size knob and push your valve around 5-10s till the thermocouple head is heated enough.

6). Release your hand and it work properly

If when you release hand, gas valve shut off again, Please check

a. If your thermocouple is always be heated on flame

b. If the thermocouple end is well connect with valve

c. If the inlet and outlet side well connect with hose you have

The valve max working pressure 1/2 PSI, it is only for flame failure safety designed fire pit. NOT suitable for Natural gas.

The valve is not include Pilot connection, Just inlet and outlet, compare your design before ordering!
