The IWS-1608M crimper includes 4 die slots covering sizes from 3/64" to 1/8", suitable for aluminum oval sleeves, double-barrel sleeves and annealed copper sleeves. The CWR-35 cutter is equipped with replaceable sharp blades hardened to about 60 HRC. It cuts aircraft cable, copper wire, piano wire and soft cable up to a maximum diameter of 3.5 mm. Jaws are constructed of high-carbon steel, heat-treated and precision polished to produce tight, burr-free crimps. Anti-rust surface treatment helps ensure long-term service life. Ergonomic handles with non-slip rubber grips improve force transfer for comfortable, labor-saving use. Delivered in a sturdy plastic case for convenient storage and portability.
