Does this version with work Windows 7?

Yes it does, BUT, you have to go into the .ini file and edit 2 lines of code to make it work with only 1 or 2 CPU cores. I have no problems with it working with one core but it still freezes and locks up if using two cores. The fix is very easy and only takes 10 seconds and the write-up is on multiple Fallout forums.
