will this work with windows 10 ?

Don't know but should. Its a key, so as long as your PC supports microsoft store and the xbox app, it should download and operate fine.

Does this Key work with Steam?

Looks like after purchasing it and trying it on Steam it DID NOT work for me! It is a Microsoft Store only KEY and DOES NOT work for Steam, sad!
