Does this gaming mouse support macro programming on Linux or iOS?
No, macro programming is only supported on Windows. You can program and save your settings on a Windows system first, then use them on Linux or iOS.
Can I use the wireless mode while charging?
Yes. Please note that for this gaming mice, whether charging or not, the Nano receiver must be inserted into your computer to use the wireless mode.
Why can't I set the lighting colors?
Please check whether the lighting button on the bottom of the wireless mouse is turned ON, and ensure it is connected wirelessly. The lighting cannot be configured when the mouse is in wired mode.
