Turn the upper selector to choose one of 10 factory-set commands shown on the color screen, then press to confirm. This command layer is fixed rather than user-programmable and is unavailable on macOS.
For daily setup, connect the computers or tablets you use most, choose the pointer-speed setting that feels right, and use the wheel differently for short lists or long pages. Recharge when needed instead of replacing disposable cells.
