Please note the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch located at the top right corner of the keyboard. It must be slid to the corresponding position to select the desired connection mode:

It supports triple mode connectivity: wired USB-C, BT 5.0/3.0, and 2.4GHz wireless! To select your connection mode, simply slide the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch on the keyboard to the matching position. (Up to 3 devices can be paired in BT mode)
