Is this case compatible with my tablet? How do I check my model?
The case designed for Galaxy Tab A9+ 11" (SM-X210/X215/X216B) and A11+ 11" (SM-X230/X236B/X315) only. To find your model, go to Settings > About tablet > Model number. Not compatible with other tablet models.
How to fix Bluetooth keyboard connection problem?
Please try the following:
1. Press any key to wake it from sleep (wait 2-3s).
2. Make sure it's charged.
3. Restart your device.
4. Go to Bluetooth settings, remove "Bluetooth Keyboard" from your devices list, then reconnect.
Are the keyboard and mouse rechargeable?
Yes, both are rechargeable via Type-C port (USB-C cable included, adapter not). Full charge takes about 2h. Keyboard lasts up to 60h; mouse lasts 25h with backlit on, 50h off.
Is the magnetic keyboard secure?
Yes, the keyboard attaches magnetically to the front cover. When opening the case, the magnets hold the keyboard securely in place—no risk of slipping or falling out during daily use.
Does it have backlighting?
Only the mouse is backlit—the keyboard is not. The mouse features 7 colors backlight--battery lasts 25h (backlit on)/ 50h (backlit off), and it also offers 3-level DPI (800/1200/1600) for precise control across different tasks.
