Why are some keyboard functions not working properly?
Before using the keyboard, press FN+W (for Windows) or FN+E (for macOS) to switch to the matching system mode. This prevents partial function unavailability.
Which system is this keyboard most compatible with?
This keyboard is optimized & highly compatible with macOS. It also works with iPadOS 14.5 or later, Android, and Windows 10 or later to cover most daily needs. Note that some function keys may not be fully compatible with non-macOS systems.
Is the device switching process complicated?
No. Triple-channel support. For first-time setup, follow key labels to pair each device. After that, press the corresponding key to switch — no complex commands or repeated setup.
How do I set up the 2.4G receiver? Which adapter should I use first?
For USB-A port: plug directly into your computer. For USB-C port: the USB-A plug must first connect to the Type-C port to form a combined receiver — then plug into your device.
