Unfortunatly not all ports are POE. Only 4 of them are POE. The important thing to look for on these smaller units is how much power the POE ports can actually push out, as there is a max output total, so all 4 ports might not be usable.

Is it 8 ports POE or just 4 Port POE?

I believe it is 4 POE ports. Should show little brackets on the first 4 ports as the POE ports. I was only using it for testing purposes at the time with some VoIP phones.
