Does it have two separated network? 
If i would like to have a wireless connection for me with a password and i would like to have a second one for guests without password.

What you want to do appears to be possible.  Go here and look at the TP-Link simulator for this router:

On the left side you will see three configuration pages to click on:

- Wireless 2.4 GHz
- Wireless 5.0 GHz
- Guest

You can setup security on all 3 however you like and have a password on the 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz networks (I make mine the same) and have the GUEST network open with "Guest Network Bandwidth Control" on.

Yes, it includes one WAN port for a connection from your modem, and a four port switch to connect devices locally.

I only use a desktop that's hardwired from the router, but a friend's laptop with Windows 10 connected.  When the router fell on the floor, one of the antennae broke off, but it still works.

How to improve the distance covered by this router?

My unit actually has rather good range on 2.4 I have not tried 5Ghz coverage. 2.4 covers my complete house and all the way to the entrance to my driveway outside about 100 feet away.

The only way I know to increase the range is maybe a little higher gain antennas or an outside mount antenna. I personally find the higher you can get it the better it works. Mine sits on top of a 4 drawer metal filing cabinet in my computer room. The metal cabinet makes a good reflector for the antennas.

I have a modem supplied by my internet provider that I am looking to replace.  Is this strictly a router; or will it replace the modem provided by the internet provider?

This product is strictly a router, it will not replace the need for a modem.   I use it with a Motorola SB6121 cable modem (also purchased from Newegg) and it has been a very solid setup for my network needs.

You can not get on the internet without an internet provider. This device will connect to a modem which is connected to the internet provider. You can then connect wirelessly to the internet with your WIFI devices and/or connect with Ethernet cables for up to 4 computers or printers.

What's the range on this TP-Link N750?

To  optimize distance point one of the antenna to the room where signal is needed.  The connection is good as long as you have line of sight to an antenna.  A bathroom especially with a washer/dryer will interfere with the signal if it is directly between the router and the device. If an area is weak point two antenna.  In the setup configuration you can adjust the signal "channel" if other routers from your neighbors are interfering with yours.

Does this work with windows Vista?

Configuration is performed via web interface.  The operationg system of a client computer is not relevant.  You may want to educate yourself a little about what the device does before you buy it.
