Multiple Cleaning Modes for an Extensive cleaning
Range: Fullwave, Semiwave, Degas, Power Sweep Cleaning Modes based on 40KHz ultrasonic frequency make the device applicable for rough surface cleaning and intensive rinse. Generally, fullwave and power sweep cleaing modes are used for making intensive rinse, while semwave is used for rough surface cleaning, such as blind holes and deep holes. Touch Control Panel with LED Display and Memory Function: Touch control panel can make the device be operated without any big force and therefore make the device have a long service life; especially the preset cleaning time and heating temperature can be memorized by the device even after power-off unless it is reset manually.
Sound and Heat Insulation Silica Gel for Noise Reduction and
Safe Use: The inner tank of the device is sticked with sound and heat insulation silica gel, and it can reduce the noise of the device and create a more silent work environment; besides, the characters of heat insulation and flame resistance can make the device be used more safely.
SUS304 Stainless Steel Drain Valve and Die-casting Tank: Both the cleaning tank and drain valve of the device are made with SUS304 stainless steel materials, and it makes the device be resistant to weak acid and weak alkali. However, please don't use strong acid or strong alkali.
32~176°F/0~80°C Heating Range for Degreasing and Dewaxing: Heating function is helpful for reducing the adhesion strength of oil and wax so as to improve the cleaning effect, and generally the best cleaning temperature is among 40~60°C, i. e. 104~140°F.
NOTE: The heating fucntion only works when the preset temperature is higher than the actual temperature of cleaning solution.
