High-Level Disinfection & Sterilization Formulated with 2.5% buffered glutaraldehyde, MetriCide 28 delivers broad-spectrum effectiveness for high-level disinfection and sterilization of lab equipment and surgical instruments.
Extended 28-Day Reuse Life Designed for tray system use, this cleaning solution may be reused for up to 28 days when maintained above the minimum effective concentration (MEC), helping reduce waste while maintaining consistent performance.
For Heat-Sensitive & Immersible Devices This disinfectant liquid is recommended for immersible, heat-sensitive medical equipment, including anesthesia equipment, respiratory therapy devices, select rubber, plastic, and stainless steel instruments.
MEC Monitoring for Safety & Accuracy Activation is required before use. Verify glutaraldehyde concentration prior to each use with MetriTest 1.8% Test Strips to ensure the solution stays above the 1.8% MEC for effective disinfection.
Ready-to-Use, Non-Corrosive Formula No dilution required. Contains surfactants for effective surface contact while remaining non-corrosive to compatible, non-lensed instruments when used as directed in accordance with recommended guidelines.
