It is advised to inspect the color of the silica gel beads regularly to maintain their performance. Silica gel beads are safe and free of cobalt chloride.
Rechargeable: These reusable desiccant beads can be restored by heating them in an oven for 0.5 to 2 hours at 200 to 250°F, or in a microwave for 7-10 minutes at 700W, until all beads turn bright orange. Depending on the state of the silica beads, it may take less time than the suggested duration; please monitor the beads' color periodically.
