Question 1

How is the refurbished condition? Any visible cosmetic damage?

Accepted Answer

Surprisingly enough there was no visible marks or damage on my x2. I have had it about a month now and it still works fine. Just wish I had more storage now :/ nothing a micro SD can't fix. Also, it has a MICRO hdmi port, which I didn't know existed and accidentally bought a mini hdmi cord. Overall very happy with the purchase, much cheaper than buying new!

Question 2

This is the blizzard white? (What color is the device?)

Accepted Answer

The one I bought was white, yes

Question 3

I see in the description it lists both Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro. Which version is installed, Home or Pro?

Accepted Answer

Mine came with 10-Home, so apparently it's not consistent.
Home is what was on the listing, though.

The HDD is not swappable and neither is the ram.
This is a cool little machine that is a "what you see is what you get" unit.
You can add up to a 128gb micro sd card for additional storage capacity.
