Will I be able to download and use tablet specific apps that do not work on a laptop?

Does it support a 64Bit architecture OS?

Intel says that the CPU does have Intel 64 and 64 bit Instruction set (try on google "Intel Atom® x5-Z8350 Processor"), but it's hard to tell if the rest of computer supports a 64 bit OS.  Perfrormance wise 32 bit is going to be better due to the limited RAM. Have not had the need yet to install Ubuntu 64 bit on it to confirm.

Is this Windows 10 or Windows 10s with Bing.  Would I be able to alter the default browser settings to Chrome?

Yes you can, the W10 with bing skew is available to manufacturers for free which is why so many cheap tablets use it, but it does have some bing bloat you will have to get rid of.

Question 4

Can the USB type C connector on the tablet be used for data transfers or just for charging the tablet? Can I get a USB type c hub for additional USB ports or is it just for charging the tablet?

Just checked: you can plug an adapter to that "innovative" type C port on the side of the tablet, and eg flash memory stick into that, for data transfer; it is recognized by the system as in any other PC. I am not sure why you need an extra hub: the keyboard of this unit has two normal USB slots, one on each side, but if you really need it, it should work.

yes its screen with detachable keyboard. keyboard and screen separate..
