The valve is a flame failure valve and have to work with thermocouple together.
Operation Instructions
1. Fix the valve on a plate or board of your grill or fire pit by the head screw and flange.
2. Connect your inlet and outlet hose on inlet and outlet side. (faston it tightly enough in case of gas leakage)
3. Faston the thermocouple nut M*8 on the valve end tightly
4. Connect thermocouple and end thread well
5. Open gas by correct size knob and push your valve around 5-10s till the thermocouple head is heated enough.
6. Release your hand and it work properly If when you release hand, gas valve shut off again, Please check
7. If your thermocouple is always be heated on flame b. If the thermocouple end is well connect with valve c. If the inlet and outlet side well connect with hose you have
Keep The Thermocoupler to be Heated and Push the Valve around 5-10s Then Release Hand (if Flame stops, Ajust the location of Thermocouple tip)
