Nylon PA6-CF 3D Printer Filament, 1.75mm, 1KG, Black 20% Carbon Fiber Reinforced, 209°C Heat Resistance, Ultra-Stiff & Strong for Industrial Prototypes & Parts

  • Extreme Stiffness & Heat Resistance: PA6-CF reinforced nylon filament combines 80% PA nylon with 20% carbon fibers. This delivers a notable boost in structural rigidity, tensile strength, and heat resistance, while also promoting excellent layer adhesion for dependable, long-lasting prints. Industrial-Grade Durability: PA6-CF is well-suited for functional prototypes and end-use parts that must withstand stress, performing strongly in applications that demand high torsional, tensile, and impact strength. Use it to produce sturdy components such as gears, brackets, tool housings, fan blades, automotive prototypes, and robust sports equipment. High-Temperature Performance (209C/408F): With a heat deflection temperature notably higher than many common filaments like Easy PA, PC, or ASA, this material performs effectively for parts exposed to heat. It is appropriate for automotive under-hood components, machinery covers, heat-resistant fixtures, and other high-temperature settings. Recommended Print Settings: For successful prints, set a nozzle temperature of 270-290C (518-554F) and a heated bed at 50-70C (122-158F). Print speeds between 50-150mm/s are advised. To enhance the heat resistance and strength of your part, annealing at 80-130C for 5-12 hours is strongly recommended. Essential Printing Tip Dry Before Use: For optimal results, dry this filament prior to printing. Recommended settings: 80C for 24 hours or 110C for 4 hours. Because of its abrasive nature, use a hardene

Recommended settings: 80C for 24 hours or 110C for 4 hours. Because of its abrasive nature, use a hardened steel or other wear-resistant nozzle for best performance and to avoid wear on standard copper-alloy nozzles.
Precision 1.75 mm Diameter: Features a consistent 1.75 mm diameter with a tight tolerance of +/- 0.03 mm. This high dimensional accuracy ensures reliable extrusion and broad compatibility with the vast majority of FDM 3D printers on the market.
Universal Spool Compatibility: The spool is designed for wide compatibility: 203.2 mm (8 inch) diameter, 63.5 mm ( 2.5 inch) width, and a 55.88 mm ( 2.2 inch) hub hole. It fits most popular printers, including models from Bambu Lab (H2D, X1, P1 series with AMS), Prusa, Creality, and more
