The high power output of this powerful blower can cause the handle to warm up during operation. This is normal and not a cause for concern, it will not become excessively hot. The temperature will remain below 55, ensuring safe use.
Why did the blower stop after brief use?
Check for overheating or low battery. Let the device cool if it's overheated, or charge it if the battery is drained. If problems persist, , contact support for a replacement. Runtime: 60 min on gear 1, 10 min on Turbo.
Why does the air duster stop working when it gets overheated?
This is not a malfunction. This electric air duster has a temperature protection feature that shuts down after 3 minutes of inactivity or if it overheats, safeguarding the battery. It's ready to use once cooled.
Why is air escaping from the bottom of the air duster's handle?
This isn't a defect; it's a thermal protection design. Due to the high power of this Air Duster, we allow air to recirculate and release heat through the bottom of the handle to cool the battery and PCBA, thus prolonging the product's life.
What are the precautions for use?
