NOTICE!!:Any 8oz butane gas can with a NOTCHED COLLAR to butane cartridge can ensure it aligns properly with culinary torch.Check they expecially describled for cooking torches&camping stoves.These cans are available at any hardware store or on .

WARNING

Insert the Kitchen Torch
Line up the black tab in the base to the notch in the canister's lip
Push Down Torch Gun and Lock
Push down the butane gun and turn 10-15 degrees clockwise to attach the canister securely. (Make sure the black adjustment knob in the back is turned all the way clockwise first before attaching the canister, or gas will start gushing out of the culinary torch spout.)
Release the Gas
Turn the gas torch knob counterclockwise and the gas will come out of the spout.
Ignite
After the gas is our for 3-4 seconds,pull the fire torch trigger to ignite.
