This M.2 A+E Key to dual SATA expansion card turns your motherboard unused M.2 A+EKey 2230 slot into two independent SATA 3.0 ports, a practical solution when native motherboard SATA connectors run out. It connects standard SATA hard disk drives, solidstate SSDs and SATA optical drives to enrich your PC storage capacity.
Each SATA port reaches SATA3.0 6Gbps theoretical bandwidth, backward compatible with SATA2.0 and SATA1.0 devices. This expansion board occupies the M.2 A+E (WiFi slot) position on mainboard and does not consume traditional PCIE expansion slots, perfect for compact smallcase PC builds.
Hardwarebased conversion, no additional driver installation needed under mainstream Windows systems. Each SATA device requires separate SATA data cable and SATA power supply from PSU (cables not included).
Important notes: Strictly for M.2 A+EKey slot only, NOT compatible with MKey / BKey / B+MKey M.2 slots. This card does not support RAID function; RAID feature depends on your motherboard chipset. Disconnect existing M.2 WiFiBluetooth module before installation if you use this slot for the expansion card. Package includes one M.2 A+E to 2port SATA expansion card only.
