This Chenyang M.2 NGFF to 2.5inch SATA converter adapter is designed for repurposing spare M.2 NGFF BKey and B+MKey SATA solidstate drives. Important note: This adapter only works with SATAbased M.2 SSD, it cannot support NVMe / PCIe M.2 SSD. It adapts M.2 SATA interface to standard 2.5inch SATA interface, allowing you to install your M.2 SATA SSD into desktop 2.5inch drive bays, SATA hard drive enclosures or SATAcapable host devices.

This package includes an extra SATA to USB 3.0 data cable. After assembling your M.2 SATA SSD onto the PCB adapter board, you can connect the assembly directly to computer via USB3.0 port, turning the internal M.2 SSD into portable external storage for data backup, file migration and quick data reading. It supports common M.2 SSD lengths: 2242, 2260, 2280.

Made of highgrade FR4 PCB board with precise onboard components, it delivers stable SATA signal output and preserves native SSD speed without obvious performance loss. All connectors are precision soldered to guarantee longterm reliable operation. No complicated setup or driver installation needed. Just mount the M.2 SSD onto the adapter board with included fixing screw, then connect to SATA host or use the bundled USB3.0 cable for external usage.
