This PCIE X4 to M.2 NGFF expansion adapter card lets desktop computers add an M.2 NGFF solidstate drive through an available PCIExpress slot. It is compatible with Bkey and B+Mkey M.2 SSDs, supporting common M.2 module sizes: 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280. Adjustable mounting screw hole accommodates differentlength SSD hardware.
The card fits PCIE X4, X8 or X16 physical slots on desktop motherboards. No complicated driver installation is needed for most Windows systems. Once you insert the M.2 SSD onto the adapter and seat the whole card into the motherboard PCIE slot, your system can recognize the new storage device after basic disk initialization.
Great for oldergeneration desktops or motherboards without builtin M.2 NGFF connectors. It upgrades system storage capacity with M.2formfactor SSDs for faster data readwrite performance.
Important note: This adapter is for Bkey / B+Mkey SATAbased M.2 SSD only. It does NOT support Mkey NVMe PCIebased M.2 drives. Please doublecheck your SSD key type before purchase to avoid incompatibility.
