SI-ADA40149 is a compact M.2 to dual SATA 3.0 storage expansion card built for mini ITX motherboards, small form factor PCs, DIY NAS and embedded devices. Designed in M.2 2242 size with B+M Key notch, it can be directly inserted into the spare M.2 slot on the motherboard, saving valuable PCI-E slot resources and keeping the chassis internal wiring neat for better heat dissipation.

This adapter adopts mature JMicron JMB582 master chip, fully compliant with PCIe bus and SATA 3.0 6Gbps specification. Two independent SATA ports work separately to access multiple mechanical hard drives or solid-state drives simultaneously. It supports Native Command Queuing (NCQ), port multiplier and hard disk hot plug function, greatly improving data transmission efficiency and operational stability under long-term high-load working conditions such as disk array and video recording storage.
