This dual mSATA to 2.5 SATA RAID adapter enclosure is a professional storage expansion and combination solution for mini mSATA SSDs. It can install two mSATA Mini-SATA SSDs onto the PCB board and output through a standard 22Pin 2.5-inch SATA interface, directly replacing a conventional 2.5-inch HDD or SSD inside PC cases, industrial equipment and storage chassis.
The onboard control chip supports three common operating modes: RAID 0 for doubled sequential read/write speed, SPAN mode for combining two disks into one large volume, and JBOD independent disk mode for separate recognition of each mSATA drive, allowing users to freely configure according to storage speed and capacity planning.
The whole assembly conforms to the standard physical dimensions of a 2.5-inch hard drive, which can be firmly fixed with ordinary hard drive screws in any desktop hard drive bay, notebook expansion bracket or multi-disk hard drive cage. Optimized hollow heat dissipation structure effectively reduces the operating temperature of two high-speed mSATA SSDs, avoiding performance throttling caused by overheating during intensive file reading and writing.
It adopts mature SATA 3 high-speed transmission protocol with stable signal output, no extra driver required for Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems. Widely used for old device storage upgrade, small-capacity mSATA resource reuse, DIY high-speed RAID disk array building and embedded industrial control storage expansion scenarios.
