Can it be used on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S?
Yes. However, due to restrictions set by game developers, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S games cannot be run directly from the hard drive. PS4 and Xbox One/360 games, however, can be played directly on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
What needs to be done when using it for the first time on a gaming device?
When connecting the hard drive to the gaming device for the first time, it needs to be formatted before it can be used. Please refer to the product manual or visit the product page to watch the installation video.
Why doesn’t my hard drive connect when plugged into the computer?
First, check whether the connector is fully inserted, and then check whether the blue indicator light on the hard drive is on. If it is, try updating the partition on the hard drive. For detailed instructions, please search online.
