This U.2 SFF-8639 conversion kit acts as a bridge between M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 slot and SFF-8643 Mini SAS HD port, enabling you to connect enterprise U.2 NVMe SSDs (Intel 750, P3600, P3700 series) to regular M.2 motherboards, or use M.2 NVMe drives via SFF-8643 storage backplane.
It exclusively fits standard 2280 M-Key M.2 NVMe slots, delivers full PCIe 4.0 x4 high-speed bandwidth with zero signal attenuation, and maintains stable NVMe low-latency performance for mass data storage, video rendering and server computing tasks.
Built with premium high TG printed circuit board and thick gold-plated contact terminals, the adapter effectively resists oxidation and electromagnetic interference, ensuring reliable 24/7 continuous operation in desktops, workstations and entry-level servers.
No driver or extra power supply required for installation; simply insert the M.2 adapter into motherboard M-Key slot, then link SFF-8643 to SFF-8639 cable (sold separately) with U.2 SSD for instant recognition by Windows, Linux and server operating systems.
Notice: Only supports M-Key NVMe M.2 2280 SSD, not compatible with B-Key / B+M Key SATA M.2 drives; does not work with SAS hard disks.
