This 50-centimeter SAS to SATA conversion cable adopts SFF-8482 29Pin male SAS connector on one end and standard 7Pin SATA male signal connector on the other, built with an extra independent 15Pin SATA power interface to supply stable power for SAS hard disks. It perfectly connects enterprise SAS HDDs to common SATA motherboards, RAID cards and storage backplanes, ideal for data recovery, disk reuse and small RAID array assembly.
High-purity copper wire inside delivers consistent high-speed signal transmission with low electromagnetic interference. All plug terminals are thick gold-plated to prevent rust and loose contact during long-term 24/7 server operation. The 50cm moderate length solves wiring restrictions in large chassis and server cabinets without messy tangled cables.
Compatible with mainstream SAS hard drive brands including Seagate, Western Digital, Toshiba and Hitachi. No complicated software or driver setup required, just plug and play under Windows and Linux systems.
Notice: Only fit SFF-8482 direct-attach SAS hard drives; not compatible with Mini SAS SFF-8087/SFF-8643 cables or regular SATA SSD without SAS pins.
