This M.2 NGFF SATA riser adapter converts compact M.2 SATA solid state drives into standard 3.5-inch SATA storage devices, equipped with an integrated sturdy metal 3.5-inch bracket tray for seamless chassis installation. It only works with B Key / B+M Key SATA M.2 SSDs, incompatible with M-Key NVMe drives.

Adjustable screw positions support all common M.2 lengths including 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280mm, covering nearly all consumer SATA M.2 SSDs on the market. The adapter adheres to SATA 3.0 6Gbps transmission standard to fully retain the original fast read/write performance of your M.2 SSD without throttling.

The whole assembly matches the dimension of regular 3.5-inch hard disks, which can be locked into any standard 3.5-inch drive bay of desktops, network storage NAS and small workstations. Gold-plated pin connectors effectively resist oxidation and reduce signal interference for long-term stable continuous operation.

No extra driver installation required after connecting SATA data and power cables. It is an economical solution to reuse idle M.2 SATA SSDs, expand system storage capacity and upgrade legacy PCs without native M.2 slots.
