This 9.5mm optical bay caddy turns your unused laptop CD or DVD-ROM slot into a secondary storage compartment, supporting both mSATA solid state drives and NGFF M.2 SATA SSDs with B Key, M Key or B+M Key notch. It adopts standard slimline SATA 13Pin (7 data + 6 power) interface to perfectly match universal notebook optical drive connectors.
The shell follows industry standard 9.5mm thickness dimension for seamless installation without modifying laptop shell.
